How registration information is used

Information collected

The registration form collects lead and participant contact details, professional background, workshop interests, dietary and allergy information, billing details where requested, consent choices, and registration/payment status. The hosted payment provider handles payment credentials; this app does not store card or bank details.

Purposes

Information is intended to be used for registration, secure payment, attendance, meals and accessibility planning, certificate issuance, workshop administration, reminders, payment matters, and post-workshop follow-up. Optional marketing and photo/video choices are recorded separately and may be declined.

Group registrations

The lead registrant supplies details and records consent choices for the registration. Each participant is intended to receive this privacy notice with their own confirmation email.

Service providers and access

Information may be processed by the organiser's restricted administrative team and service providers needed to operate the registration flow, including the hosted payment and transactional email providers. Access should be limited to workshop administration and operational support.

Retention and rights

The retention period and final privacy contact process are pending client approval. Requests to access or correct registration information can be sent to the organiser in the meantime.
